In 2023, Calvary Gospel raised $3,405.26 during the Baby Bottle Campaign to benefit the work of Care Net Pregnancy Center of CNY!

This year, we're asking you to give generously and help us reach our $4,000 goal to help support moms and babies in our community. Take a baby bottle home or give online. 

Care Net has recently changed it's name to "Willow Network" in an attempt to further reach our communities with the hope of Christ. See below for a thoughtful explanation surrounding the new name.

Why are we rebranding?

Over the last several years we have identified that many individuals locally have been giving

to Care Net National unknowingly. We highly support Care Net National and will still be

affiliated but recognizing that we have lost tens of thousands of dollars that were meant for

our local centers it was determined that we need a name and brand that is more

distinguishable so we can continue to grow our services in the local communities to meet

our client’s needs specifically.

Why Willow Network?

So, you may be asking yourself, Why Willow?

The Willow Tree conveys a sense of tranquility, rest, a soft beauty. It is inviting and

calming. These are qualities we seek to be for those going through a stormy time in life.

Willow trees are symbolic of the ability to withstand hardships, loss, and difficult

emotions- whether it be an unplanned pregnancy, material support, or just someone safe

to talk to regardless of the storms of life. We see our clients are resilient who can withhold

the storm while we can be a place of safety and support for them. We added Network

because we have a network of centers throughout Central New York, working together

on the same mission.

Our plan is to change the legal name to Willow Network, but use a marketing tag line

such as “parenting and pregnancy resource” so people know who we are and what we

do.

The Lord led us to this verse:

Isaiah 44:1-4 in ESV:

“But now hear,

O Jacob my servant,

Israel whom I have chosen!

2Thus says the LORD who made you,

who formed you from the womb and will help you:

Fear not, O Jacob my servant,

Jeshurun whom I have chosen.

3 For I will pour water on the thirsty land,

and streams on the dry ground;

I will pour my Spirit upon your offspring,

and my blessing on your descendants.

4 They shall spring up among the grass

like willows by flowing streams.”

It is our prayer that God will pour out His Spirit on the clients and their offspring, and

that they will find the living water that they will never thirst again, and this will change

generations.
